It’s baaaack! The 863 Magazine wants you to take us on vacation this summer and send us theproof! We received many great entries last year and can’t wait to see where you all go this year. We also love to see your mad photography skillz.
Three winners will be announced and printed in the Sept. / Oct. 2015 issue of The 863 Magazine. Judging criteria will be a combination of originality, distance (from Polk County), and picture composition.
The first place winner will receive a $100 gift certificate to Sal’s Pizza in Highland City.
The second place winner will receive a $75 gift certificate to Outback Steakhouse, Winter Haven location.
The third place winner will receive a $50 gift certificate to Havana’s Cuban Sandwich Shop (can be used at either Winter Haven location: 3001 Cypress Gardens Rd., or 276 W Central Ave.).
And new this year: Two honorable mentions will each receive a $20 gift certificate to Outback Steakhouse, Winter Haven location.
Email your photo to Andrea@The863Magazine.com. One photo per email, maximum one photo submitted per person/email. Multiple submissions from the same person (even in separate emails) will be disqualified. One photo per person, please. Send us your best photo! Submissions must be received no later than July 31, 2015.
Subject line of email should read: “863 Photo Contest.” An explanation of the photo (who, what, where) is also required.
By submitting a photo, participants agree to have their photo published in the Sept./Oct. 2015 issue, should they be a winner. In addition, they agree that they are the legal owner of the photo and hold the sole copyright to the submission. They further agree that The 863 Magazine shall not be held liable for any damages incurred from printing a submission.
